If you find a competitor's price that is better than Airport Pilot Shop's price, we will match that price and offer FREE SHIPPING if the order is over $100. Some restrictions do apply. If the competitor's price is a typo or an offer not authorized by the manufacturer of the item, Airport Pilot Shop reserves the right to deny the price match guarantee. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Used Equipment.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its
original and unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within
30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will credit the refund based
on your original payment method.
If you received the merchandise in damaged condition, please save all shipping
materials and send an e-mail to info@airportpilotshop.com immediately for
assistance. Follow the procedure below to return your item(s), and return the
corresponding item(s) as soon as possible.
Return Procedure
- Pack your merchandise securely together with each item's original box.
- Enclose a typed note stating the reason for returning the product. Include
your contact information and a copy of your invoice.
