A good concept, and one of the rare head-mounted lamps with a red filter available. Only problem being that the filter comes out more distinctly orange than red, and the particular color is just right so it washes out the yellow city outlines on charts - almost impossible to discern the city outlines at night on the chart with the red/orange filter clicked into place. The white lights are fine, but way too bright keep one's night vision intact.
Good features: Comfortable, attempt at red filter.
Suggestions for improvement: dimmable lights, filter color such that important colors on charts like yellow don't wash out.
