- As a provider to the Airline, travel, and pilot industries, Airport Pilot Shop is still allowed to operate as an "Essential Business" and continue to provide our customers with the amazing products and services, they have come to expect.
- We understand there might be emergency situations where you need products immediately at our store. In these specific cases, please contact us via email or phone to coordinate your purchase and request a no-contact pick up directly at our store.
Staff is available to arrange a pickup at our location. Please note that in certain cases, there might be additional fees for emergency pickups and orders during non-business hours.
- Since we are working at a slightly reduced capacity, specific products purchased have a chance to take longer than our previous maximum depending on the specific items purchased. Please check-in with information and updates via the website or email or you can reach out to us directly via email or phone to get a status update.
- We also partner with larger manufacturers, such as Bose, Garmin, and more, to help us manage order fulfillment directly to customers in order to speed the delivery of many items. Items are also available to be picked up directly at our location via no-contact pickup.
