If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will credit the refund based on your original payment method.

If you received the merchandise in damaged condition, please save all shipping materials and send an e-mail to amanda@airportpilotshop.com immediately for assistance. Follow the procedure below to return your item(s), and return the corresponding item(s) as soon as possible.

Return Procedure

  1. Pack your merchandise securely together with each item’s original box.
  2. Enclose a typed note stating the reason for returning the product. Include your contact information and a copy of your invoice.
  3. Return the package to us via UPS or an insured parcel post:
